Speaker	:	Sr Kwok Leung Lee Sr Kwok Leung Lee has joined the profession of Land Surveying in 1998. He has been worked in the Government as a Land Surveyor in several District Survey Offices and Highways Department. In 2007, he had been deployed to the current Photogrammetric and Aerial Survey Section of Lands Department for taking aerial photographs for department. In 2009, he was selected by the Lands Department for advanced studying in the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He successfully completed the Master Thesis by using the pilot LiDAR survey data of Hong Kong in 2006 for forming 3D road polygons. He was awarded the Master Degree in Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics by the University. In recent years, Sr Lee applied his knowledge and experiences for provision of presentable interpretative photogrammetry and metric photogrammetry for departments successfully. He also helped in enriching geospatial data for LandsD using LiDAR data acquired in Year 2010.

Details	:	In the seminar, Sr Lee will introduce how metric photogrammetry and interpretative photogrammetry can be operated. Sensors and their characteristics that have been applied for photogrammetric surveys and remote-sensing surveys in Hong Kong would also be discussed. Besides, Sr Lee will also demonstrate how photogrammetric and remote sensing information can be applied as an evidence of land use situation in Hong Kong.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.
