Sr Kwok Leung Lee has joined the profession of Land Surveying in 1998. He has been worked in the Government as a
Land Surveyor in several District Survey Offices and Highways Department. In 2007, he had been deployed to the current
Photogrammetric and Aerial Survey Section of Lands Department for taking aerial photographs for department. In 2009, he
was selected by the Lands Department for advanced studying in the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He
successfully completed the Master Thesis by using the pilot LiDAR survey data of Hong Kong in 2006 for forming 3D road
polygons. He was awarded the Master Degree in Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics by the University. In recent years, Sr Lee
applied his knowledge and experiences for provision of presentable interpretative photogrammetry and metric photogrammetry
for departments successfully. He also helped in enriching geospatial data for LandsD using LiDAR data acquired in Year 2010.

 In the seminar, Sr Lee will introduce how metric photogrammetry and interpretative photogrammetry can be operated. Sensors

and their characteristics that have been applied for photogrammetric surveys and remote-sensing surveys in Hong Kong would
also be discussed. Besides, Sr Lee will also demonstrate how photogrammetric and remote sensing information can be applied
as an evidence of land use situation in Hong Kong.
