As a follow up to his previous interactive talk about negotiation skill delivered on 8 April this year with focus on the five Approaches to negotiation, Hubert will deliver another interactive talk with a walk-through of a list of Tactics & Ploys and a checklist for a successful negotiation, with further questionnaires and cases studies.
