In reviewing the construction project development and the construction market, it has been predicted that there would be an increase of infrastructure projects at international level. Most of these projects are initiated by government departments in the next 10-12 years, whereas some have been completed, some are in the channel and some are in its incubation stage for innovation in places like China, Turkey, Jakata, India, US, UK, Australia. Whichever the case, each of these projects has its own characteristics. In this knowledge sharing session, the speakers are to bring to you a scenario of these different projects in addition to a brief introduction of the government procurement system with respect to WTO and China, It is noted that quantity surveyors (QS) in the future should have an international vision to different horizons of work. This means that participation may not only be founded on QS specific, but also in embracing a new culture.
