Details	:	Itinerary : 8:45am - Gathering at Kowloon Tong MTR Station (at Junction of Kent Road and Somerset Road) 9:00am - Depart from Kowloon Tong 11:30am - Presentation at Factory in Huizhou 12:30pm – Lunch 2:00pm - Visit Factory of Precast Concrete Elements, Steel Moulds, Starfon^TM, GRC and GRG, and BIM Centre 4:00pm - Depart from Factory in Huizhou 5:30 pm - Dismiss at Fu Tian Check Point, Shenzhen(深圳福田口岸) or 6:30pm - Dismiss at Kowloon Tong MTR Station (The scheduled time may be changed so as to suit the actual conditions on the date of the visit.) (Successful registration will receive details of the visit.) Yau Lee Wah Concrete Precast Products Company Limited (“Yau Lee Wah”) established in 1997, focuses mainly on six kinds of business, including concrete precast units, drywall, cooking bench and sink unit, metal fabrication and steel mould, GRC and GRG products and aluminium window. Yau Lee Wah has committed to excellent management and innovative spirit, expanding its business in the light of “Local Foundation, International Vision”. Its products have been widely adopted by Hong Kong Housing Authority, Architectural Services Department and private developers. Its steel moulds have been promoted to the Japanese market, symbolizing a successful step forwards to the international market. Located at Long Hua in Shenzhen and Huiyang District in Huizhou, Yau Lee Wah has established large-scale production lines and equipped with advanced manufacturing systems and facilities. In Huizhou, the factory has 22 production lines set up on a 155,000 square meter site and the precast factory is equipped with a computerized concrete batching plant, 54 gantries and three steam curing system. Yau Lee Wah was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification and ISO 14001:2004. This event is to arrange members to visit Yau Lee Wah’s factory and BIM centre in Huizhou. After the visit, members will be familiar with the production of precast concrete elements, steel moulds, Starfon^TM, GRC and GRG.
Remarks	:	FULL Closing Date: 13 June 2015 Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. Please fill in the attached Declaration Form together with Standard Reservation Form for this CPD event. First-come-first-served with duly completed Standard Reservation Form, Declaration Form and payment. Please bring valid travel documents. Please equip with your own non-slip shoes. Latecomers will NOT be picked up.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
