Details	:	Itinerary : 8:45 am – Gathering at Fu Tian Check Point, Shenzhen (深圳福田口岸) 9:00 am – Depart from Fu Tian 10:30 am – Presentation at Factory in Donggung 11:00 am – Visit Aluminium Products Factory 1:00 pm – Lunch (including 1/2 hour for Q & A) 3:00 pm – Depart from Restaurant in Dongguan 5:00 pm – Dismiss at Fu Tian Check Point, Shenzhen (深圳福田口岸) (The scheduled time may be changed so as to suit the actual conditions on the date of the visit.) (Successful registration will receive details of the visit.) Dongguan Wing Hong Shun Aluminium Co., Ltd (東莞榮康順鋁合金制品有限公司) is of 10,000 square meters area and is located at Mo Wu Village, Wanjiang Town, Dongguan City, PRC. (中國東莞市萬江莫屋管理區). Its business involves design, supply and installation of various aluminium products (such as aluminium window, curtain wall, metal cladding, balustrade, fire rate proof metallic window & door, window hardware, metal work, formwork, etc.) for building projects. In this visit, the production of aluminium products will be demonstrated. The speaker will also brief the technical knowledge and market information of aluminium products.
Remarks	:	FULL Closing Date: 2 May 2015 Same Visit as the one held on 6 December 2014. Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. Please fill in the attached Declaration Form together with Standard Reservation Form for this CPD event. First-come-first-served with duly completed Standard Reservation Form, Declaration Form and payment. Please equip with your own non-slip shoes. Please bring valid travel documents. Latecomers will NOT be picked up.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
