Details :

Under the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance (Cap. 621), developers for residential properties that are granted with GFA concessions shall disclose a set of environmental and energy-related information on the sales brochures.  Property buyers and estate practitioners often find such information too technical and engineering-oriented, and as such they may not have a full understanding of the meanings behind.  This talk is intended to equip the audience with a full understanding of the information.  The general trend of green building in Hong Kong and the focal points of customers when choosing green properties will also be discussed.
