Speaker	:	Mr. KWAN Wai King Frankie MBA, RPHM, MHKIH, AHKIARB Mr. Frankie Kwan is a Registered Professional Housing Manager and member of Hong Kong Institute of Housing. Besides, he is a HKMC accredited mediator and HK-China Mediation Experts, HKMAAL general mediator, Coach and Assessor. Currently he also serves HKMC as Vice-President and JMHO as Director. He has over 25 years’ experience in facility management and property management in serving major developers and international surveyor firms in Hong Kong. He has solid experiences in providing mediation services for resolving land and property management related disputes. He speaks frequently at mediation workshops, seminars and training courses organized by HKMC and other professional bodies.

Details	:	Following the effective publicity of the Judiciary and the Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC), the general public has begun to show more concern and interest in mediation services. The accredited mediator from HKMC will introduce the effectiveness and the application of mediation in construction industry. Join the session and take away valuable skills in building up harmonious families, neighborhood, workplace, business communities, human relationships and community in Hong Kong!

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
