Details	:	Itinerary : 10:15 am – Gathering at Cathay Pacific City (Please see attached location map and photo showing the gathering point) 10:30 am – Visit to Cathay Pacific City 12:00 noon – Buffet Lunch at Lion Rock in Headland Hotel 02:00 pm – Dismiss at Cathay Pacific City (The scheduled time may be changed so as to suit the actual conditions on the date of the visit.) (Successful registration will receive details of the visit.) Cathay Pacific Airways is an international airline registered and based in Hong Kong, offering scheduled cargo and passenger services to more than 110 destinations around the world. The headquarters complex, Cathay Pacific City, is located at the southeast corner of Hong Kong International Airport, occupying over 4 hectares of reclaimed land. The Cathay Pacific City comprises three 10-storey office buildings, a 23-storey staff hotel, a flight training centre with a safety training school, a workshop and storage building, a leisure centre, and an airline stores building. This tour will visit several areas of Cathay Pacific City, including Flight Training Centre, Integrated Operations Centre, In-flight Service Training Centre, Check in Mock Up and Crew Lounge. Our members may take this valuable opportunity to get a unique insight into the aviation world inside the buildings/ centres of Cathay Pacific City. After the visit, a buffet lunch has been arranged for members to gather together for sharing and gathering.
Remarks	:	FULL RESCHEDULED FROM AUG 15, 2015 Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. Please fill in the attached Declaration Form together with Standard Reservation Form for this CPD event. First-come-first-served with duly completed Standard Reservation Form, Declaration Form and payment. Latecomers will NOT be picked up. The dress code of smart causal or office attire is required; whilst short, T-shirt, miniskirt, low cut, flip flops, scandals and slippers areNOT accepted. Transportation to the Cathay Pacific City can be found in the attached sheet “How to get to Cathay Pacific City (CXC)”.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
