Surveyors often appear in court to give expert evidence. Yet, the hearing of evidence is merely part of the trial process. Others include preliminary applications, opening submissions, opening and closing of one party and then the other together with calling of witnesses and the final submissions, etc. In this seminar, the speaker will go through different parts of the trial process with examples. There will be discussions on what actually happens in the courtroom, as the case develops in the course of the trial hearing.
