Malcolm is a partner in the Projects, Infrastructure and Construction group of Minter Ellison and has over 15 years of experience advising on dispute resolution and construction procurement, including arbitration, litigation and mediation. He has handled a large number of major arbitration and litigation proceedings. Malcolm advises and acts for government, developers, main contractors, specialist sub-contractors and consultants on a wide range of construction issues in Hong Kong and around Asia.

Preston is an associate in the Projects, Infrastructure and Construction group of Minter Ellison advising on construction litigation, arbitration and project procurement. He is also a Chartered Civil Engineer with international design, construction and contractual management experience. He is experienced in advising on claim strategies and managing variations and delay for building and civil engineering projects.
