Vincent is a construction disputes specialist. His principal areas of practice cover both construction and engineering (front end and back end). He offers advice to clients and assists in negotiations of most forms of construction contracts including design and construct contracts, Alliance contracts and PPP contracts. Vincent has also been acting for clients in construction disputes involving adjudication under the security for payment legislation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Vincent was involved in more than 40 adjudications in Australia under both the NSW legislation and the WA legislation, offering advices to clients.

Most recently, Vincent was actively engaged in arbitration involving a major bridge project in Hong Kong.

Vincent is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also accredited by the New South Wales Law Society as a construction litigation specialist. Vincent is also a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia.
