Speaker	:	Mr Felix Leung of MTRCL Mr Felix Leung is the Head of Pearl River Delta Property of the Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited (the Corporation) and is responsible for overseeing all the Corporation’s property development projects in the Pearl River Delta Region. He has over 20 years experience in large-scale comprehensive development projects under the ‘Railway plus Property model’ in both Hong Kong and the Mainland China and has extensive experience in the areas of land administration, planning and design, marketing, feasibility and financial analysis and deal negotiation. Mr Leung is currently the Vice President of Shenzhen Real Estate Association. Before joining the Corporation, he worked in Lands Department as Senior Survey Officer and in Melbourne as a commercial consultant.

Details	:	The visit will provide insights into the planning and construction of a residential project in Shenzhen and the difficulties of constructing a property development immediately above an operating railway depot with reference to the MTR Corporation’s Shenzhen Metro Line 4 Depot Development Project -“Tiara” (港铁.天颂 ). Itinerary: 0900 Meet up at Futian Port Building and travel by coach to MTR (Shenzhen) Headquarters. 1000 Presentation on MTR Rail plus Property – MTR (Shenzhen) Line 4 (SZL4) and Property Development Project 1100 Site visit on (SZL4) Property Development Project – Tiara 1200 Lunch 1330 Site Visit on (SZL4) Operation Control Center and Maintenance Depot 1430 Ride (SZL4) train to Shenzhen North Station 1530 Ride (SZL4) train to Futian Station 1600 Arrive at Futian Port Building and Dismiss
Remarks	:	Closing Date: 17 September 2015 Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. Please fill in the attached Declaration Form together with Standard Reservation Form for this CPD event. Participating member shall ensure that he/she has the appropriate and valid travel document and visa for entering into Mainland China All participating members shall arrange their own transport to and meet at Gate 1 on Ground Floor, Futian Checkpoint Building, (深圳福田口岸大楼) in Shenzhen, PRC before 9:00 am on Saturday 19 September 2015. Late comers will not be picked up. Members shall also arrange their own transport back to HK at the end of site visit. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks. All participating members shall bring their own non-slip shoes.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
