Speaker	:	Mr. Ricky Tsang & Mr. Andrew Chow of CaSO Group Holdings Limited Mr. Ricky Tsang, Founder and Managing Director of CaSO (HK) Engineering Company Limited. He is responsible for overall management, sales/marketing and research/development of his Group’s green wall system. Mr. Tsang graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, major in Building Services Engineering. He is very well respected in the construction industry and has been invited to speak at many talks and conferences to share his views on the market and the latest development trend of green construction. As Mr. Tsang has good experience in green construction, he has been consulted by Green Council to offer input on how to raise the standard by setting rules and policies regarding green construction. He also has delivered talks in vocational training institutes and has been interviewed by local media in relation to construction and green products. Prior to his development of gypsum block wall system in Hong Kong, he played key advisor role in a couple of construction materials companies and industry association such as key committee member of Group 2 Building Materials Section of (FHKI) Federation of Hong Kong Industries. Mr. Andrew Chow, Project Director of CaSO (HK) Contracting Company Limited. Currently, he assists in managing his Group’s contracting and joint venture projects, and also pre-contract works for construction projects. Mr. Chow graduated from the University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Polytechnic University and obtained a Master degree of Science in Construction Project Management and a Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering respectively. He is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building (UK), Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (UK) and the Association of Cost Engineers (UK). He is also an associate member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He has over 26 years’ experience in contract and project management served for client organization, project management firm and international contractors.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.
