Details :

Cost planning of a building should start from the time when a design concept is being developed through to the completion of detailed design.  With ever rising construction cost in recent years, good cost planning is essential for a project to be delivered within the client’s budget.  This talk aims to revisit good QS practices on cost planning from concept design stage to detailed design stage including an overview of the preparation of cost estimates and the use of historical cost data for pricing cost estimates.
