Details	:	Itinerary: Gathering at Public Entrance 2 of LegCo Complex Exclusive tour in LegCo Complex, covering the following conference facilities and education facilities: Public Gallery of the Chamber Viewing Gallery and Access Corridor Education Activities Room Observation area of Conference Room 2 and 3 Memory Lane and Photo Gallery Education Galleries Exchange session with Sr. Honorary Tony Tse Wai Chuen (The scheduled time may change so as to suit the actual conditions on the date of the visit.) The LegCo Complex is the first purpose-built building for housing the Legislature of Hong Kong. It has a construction floor area of almost 38,000m², comprising the Council Block, the Office Block, and the adjacent open space area, namely the LegCo Square and the LegCo Garden. It is a place for providing conference facilities for the Council and its committees, and also accommodation for offices of Members and the Secretariat. Various facilities are also made accessible to the public for enhancing their understanding of the work of LegCo. Sr Honorable Tse Wai Chuen was the Past President of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (2003-2004) and the Past Chairman of Surveyors Registration Board (2002-2003). Sr Tse has over 38 years’ experience in real estate industry. He had taken different senior positions in both the public and private sectors before. Sr Tse is the LegCo member representing Architectural, Surveying and Planning. He is also the member of different committees including Hong Kong Town Planning Board, the Land and Building Advisory Committee, Municipal Services Appeals Board, the Disciplinary Board Panel (Land Survey Ordinance), etc. In the site visit, there will be an exchange session with Sr Tse.
Remarks	:	FULL Closing date: 28 April 2016 Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. Please fill in the attached Declaration Form together with Standard Reservation Form for this CPD event. All participating members shall arrange their own transport to LegCo Complex. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks. First-come-first-served with duly completed Declaration Form, Standard Reservation Form and payment. Latecomers will NOT be picked up.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
