09:30am	-	Visit to OCT LOFT (深圳華僑城創意文化園)
11:10am	-	Visit to Shenzhen Institute of Building Research Co. Ltd. (深圳市建築科學硏究院股份有限公司)
13:00am	-	Lunch (Fee inclusive)
14:40pm	-	Visit to Shenzhen Hailong Construction Products Co., Ltd. (深圳海龍建築制品有限公司)
16:00pm	-	Depar from site and coach back to HK Kowloon Tong station (Participant may wish to dismiss on site)

OCT Loft (深圳華僑城創意文化園), located in the eastern part of the Oversea Chinese Town, was converted from communist-era factory buildings into a creative park comprising large exhibition spaces and private galleries. The complex was opened in year 2007 with a total area of 55,465 square meters. The visit will include tour to the creative park.

Shenzhen Institute of Building Research Co. Ltd. (深圳市建築科學硏究院股份有限公司) is principally engaged in urban planning, project management, energy performance improvement projects and green building management. The company has been actively in boosting green building and low carbon construction. Speaker will present landscape architecture, energy saving and green building technology in the Mainland China as well as relevant statutory control and submission involved.

Shenzhen Hailong Construction Products Co., Ltd. (深圳海龍建築制品有限公司) specializes in production of a variety of precast elements. The precast elements are adopted in residential, hotel, office, factory, school, tunnel, roadwork and mass transit railway projects in both HK and Shenzhen. This cpd will cover visit to precast elements and the production techniques.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
