Details :

The experience of QS practices over years were highly dependent on formality and procedures with the interaction of contract components and building technologies, materials, etc. The rationale behind is towards “Objective” orientated which is the walk of QS life in general.

The QS history is a record of progress, a record of accumulating knowledge and increasing wisdom. The growth of technologies does speed up production process of all kinds of QS work but it needs strong and dynamic guidance and view by “Subjective” mode on directions to achieve better expectation by Clients in this highly competitive environment.

This talk is to share the concept of “Subjective” dignity on management in QS practices with a view to improving and balancing the long-standing characteristics of QS working cycle, both from Developer’s and Consultant’s point of view.

The passion of “Subjective” management does not necessarily diminish the achievement of previous QS practices but may virtually be stimulated by it.
