After Civil Justice Reform, mediation becomes a new approach to resolve various kinds of land related disputes.  In this seminar, important legal issues as well as some common types of land conflicts will be discussed.  Case studies will also be used to illustrate how mediation can assist in resolving various types of land related disputes, such as:-
