Louis Wong is a Sommelier in Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). He is an avid traveler, and has always been passionate about wine. Since then, Louis has obtained an overall Distinction on the Wine and Spirit Education Trust’s (WSET) Level 3 Certification. To leverage his expertise on wine, Louis has also built direct relationships with vineyards in every corner of the world and founded Levin Wine. Meanwhile, Louis holds various wine tasting events for corporate and private clients. His bespoke wine tasting events team the wines with delicious food, the catalyst to a pairing discussion in a fun and interactive environment. He was a founder of a private kitchen, famous at food matching skill with wine. He was working in winery Padthaway, Australia . So that can teach a different profession wine knowledge. Some examples of wine tasting workshop partners were HKBU, HKIP, HK GEGA.

This wine tasting is hosted in hopes with promoting the wine culture to our HKIS members and teaching them to select a suitable wine by themself, to let more members enjoy the qualified wine. It is aimed to promote how to delimit a good wine from nosing, tasting and after tasing .
 
This 2.5-hour wine tasting with 7 glasses of wine and a few paired food aims to bring each audience with wine pairing experience for savouring wine, such as matching different kinds of snacks, cheese and hams, etc.
 
This workshop also providse a chance for each audience on the method of wine tasting. Meanwhile, Louis will also share the experience in wine selection. Our members could also raise the questions regarding the wine experience to our speaker in our last Q&A session.
 
是次品酒班致力推廣酒業文化,盼將葡萄酒道年輕化,融合到香港人的生活文化中,特別是我們的香港測量師學會會員。讓更多的人如何選到適合自己的酒,並欣賞酒是一種語言,從而縮短人與人之間距離。
 
這2.5小時的品酒班目的是令每一個香港測量師學會會員學懂一定的品酒經驗,搭配不同的及美食,達到調節口味的功效,籍此來對飲食文化了解,加深對葡萄酒的認識。
