Hydrographic Surveying Technologies has been advancing rapidly in recent years. The speaker would like to share with you the recent development and its possible application in Hong Kong environment. Everyday example will be used to demonstrate the capability and limitation of hydrographic survey techniques such as the mysterious disappearance of MH370 and the capture of the US AUV by China.
