Roger Nissim, FRICS, FHKIS, RPS became chartered in 1968 and practiced as a surveyor in England before coming to Hong Kong in 1973. For twenty years he worked in Lands Department before joining a leading local property development company. Since 2007 he has been an adjunct professor in the Department of Real Estate & Construction at HKU. In 1998 the first edition of his book 'Land Administration & Practice in Hong Kong' was published by HKU Press with the fourth edition coming out in 2016.

The CTF was formed in September 2017 to act as a counter weight to the Government Task Force seeking to generate constructive ideas and effectively engage the community in rational discussions over Hong Kong's land use and land supply options.

 

CTF seeks to broaden the focus beyond supply to sustainable development, the optimal use of land and the conservation of resources.
