He is a Registered Construction Manager and chartered building engineer with substantial experience in planning and monitoring large-scaled and complex projects for both public and private clients. He is specialized in site planning, quality and buildability issues. He has been serving for Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers as committee chairman since 2012.
