Details	:	Abstract Sham Shui Po district has been a major fabric retail location, most of overseas clients do source materials there. Early in 2018, the HK Government announced that in order to fully capitalize on Sham Shui Po being a traditional garment and fabric wholesale and retail hub, it planned to set up a design and fashion Hub in the district. The plan aims to nurture a new generation of design talents and fashion industry for Hong Kong. This project is not only to develop fashion industry but also to revive the economy of districts in HK. Biography of Hon Felix K P Chung Hon Felix K P Chung is at present the Member of the sixth Legislative Council of HKSAR (Textiles and Garment Sector) and Life Hon Chairman of Hong Kong Apparel Society. He is also the Director of the Chungweiming Knitting Fty Ltd. He graduated from BSC in Quantity Surveying in 1986 in the Robert Gorden University Aberdeen, UK and followed with his MBA degree in Stirling University, Stirling, UK in 1987. He joined his family business in a knitwear factory in late 1988. Felix Chung also has a good linkage with the Textile & Garment trade and education organizations. In year 2001, with the support from many garment manufacturers, a non-profit making association was formed in the name of the Hong Kong Apparel Society Ltd (HKAS), Felix Chung was the founder of HKAS and nominated to be Chairman until 2012. The aim of HKAS is to link up the Hong Kong SMEs in Textile and Garment industry, to power up the strength, trust and relationship of the industry in order to gain the awareness and reflect the needs to the HKSAR. In 2013, he founded the Fashion Industry Development Council (FIDC) aims to gather elites of different specialties to share, plan and promote the development of the fashion industry in Hong Kong. 1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
