Details	:	1^st Session: 3D scanning and interior mapping Interactive 3D media enable endless possibilities. Matterport Camera captures 2D photography and 3D data from job sites, and automatically stitches them into a complete, immersive 3D model of a real-world job site. The use of 3D scanning can streamline the workflow, ease the way to create the infrastructure models, engage stakeholders and document every step of the project. Scan once and eliminate the return trips to collect the regarding information. And it’s also quick and easy to post-add tags / notes / links to the created 3D space, providing richer contents and a new way of storytelling. This seminar will introduce how the 3dDimmersive media solution fits into multiple programs. For the agenda of the sharing, he will give an overview of matterport 3d scanner, the differentiators from the competitions, also a brief demo of showcase solutions. Don’t miss out the chance to try the scanner at your fingers! 2^nd Session: SnagR online building survey platform SnagR is a fully comprehensive and user friendly digitised process that replaces frustrating and error prone paperwork by allowing you to capture a photo of any defect or inspection made, plot it on drawings with a single click, and communicate it to concerned parties. It is designated to improve on-site collaboration and communication and scalable to any number of projects of any size.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
