Speaker : Mr. Devin C.I. Sio was called to the Bar of Hong Kong in 2011 and achieved Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2013. His practice areas include international commercial arbitration, civil litigation, criminal defence and anti-money laundering. Mr. Sio is now consultant of various PRC law firms in Shanghai and Beijing.

Mr. Sio received business and legal education in Hong Kong. In relation to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), he went to Oxford and London for advance studies. Mr. Sio also obtained a Bachelor of Law in Chinese Law. In 2015, Mr. Sio was qualified as certified anti-money laundering specialist.
