Sr Dr William Chan is the Chief Operating Officer of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA). He has over 40 years of experience in property development, construction project management and project delivery in both the private and public sectors, covering major projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Prior to joining the WKCDA, Sr Dr Chan was Executive Director of Kerry Properties Limited. He also held senior management and professional positions at Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited from 1999 to 2002 and at MTR Corporation from 1980 to 1985 for the MTR Island Line property developments.
