Details	:	We are delighted to inform members that Airport Authority Hong Kong (“AAHK”) has consented our proposed SKYCITY Show Suite visit on 10 May 2019 (Friday) afternoon. Participating members shall arrange their own transport to the assembly point and further details will be conveyed to the participating members before event. Mr Kenneth Wong (General Manager, Land and Property Development) will brief members on the Aerotropolis concept of the Hong Kong International Airport (“HKIA”) and the vital commercial project SKYCITY of the HKIA Aerotropolis development. Kenneth leads a team of professionals that are instrumental in developing of the integrated commercial concept and nurturing the SKYCITY project from scratch. SKYCITY is set to become a new landmark in Hong Kong and a dynamic new destination combining world-class retail, dining and entertainment (RDE) facilities for visitors and locals of all ages, as well as hotel and office developments. Riding on the significant business potential in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and the strategical location of HKIA serving over 70 million international passengers and local resident annually, the RDE facilities in SKYCITY, offering a gross floor area of up to 350,000 sq m, will be the largest destination retail complex in town, featuring an era of experiential shopping and dining and unprecedented entertainment facilities. With the aid of videos and models in the SKYCITY show suite, Members are encouraged to explore the unlimited potential of Hong Kong’s Aerotropolis development concept, through interactive discussion with Kenneth on the SKYCITY project details and how Aerotropolis development in HKIA can synergise with the nearby mega cross-boundary and related infrastructures serving the future of Hong Kong. This is an ideal opportunity to learn about how HKIA’s property developments further evolve with its flagship SKYCITY development, and to see and feel the drastic changes taking shape in HKIA which is not only an international aviation hub but also the gateway of the Greater Bay Area.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
