Details	:	近年惠州發展迅速，隨着惠州市住建局於去年發佈的《惠州城市軌道交通綫網規劃》調整方案，規劃市內多條軌道外，並確立了多環的對外接駁軌道綫。除了高鐵外，還有通過城際軌道，地鐵對接廣州、深圳和東莞。相信未來惠州市發展將會更快速推進。為了令會員們能有更多了解惠州的發展，建築測量組將在8月23及24日舉行考察團。行程除了安排相關單位介紹惠州的規劃外，還會造訪惠州的施工單位，了解不同的發展及改造項目。 Program: 2019年8月23日(星期五) 惠州城市規劃介紹監理工程項目視察夜遊西湖步行街 2019年8月24日(星期六) 潼湖智慧城市規劃項目介紹及視察西湖站城市綜合體發展項目視察
Remarks	:	Closing Date: 14 August 2019 Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. Please fill in the attached Declaration Form together with Standard Reservation Form for this CPD event. First-come-first-served with duly completed Standard Reservation Form, Declaration Form and payment. Only application with payment received by the stated deadline will be considered. Please check and assure the availability of valid Mainland Travel Permit. Latecomers will NOT be picked up. The details itinerary and logistic will be informed to successful applicants by 20/8/2019 upon confirmation of the successful registration.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
