In the light of securing fair and competitive tendering system, due consideration of tendering strategy is paramount important. Someone criticize those of the projects procured using public money as robust and sophisticated procedure. In essence, Employers always desire the value for money from the procurement of the project but cannot understand much about the right track.

WS will be exploring distinguished features of tendering procedures of the construction contracts on both public and private works pursuant to hands-on experience via tenders he handled. He will unveil certain aspects with respect of law and legal information, SPR, tender evaluation methods, compliance of Regulations, Rules & Guidelines protocol, standard documents, circulars from bureaux, government policy, health and safety/ environmental measures in the course of tendering process. Irrespective of public and private project, it is expected to assist audiences in gaining skills of streamlining and expediting the tendering process.
