Details	:	Mr Ngai has more than 20 years of working experience in the property development and project management industry. He has been working for developers, building consultancy firms, project management consultant, contractor, and department of the HKSAR handling different types of projects including new developments, building inspections / appraisal projects, fitting out projects, maintenance works, renovation works, alteration and addition works, licensing project and technical due diligence services projects in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tianjin, Beijing of China, and Ulaanbaatar of Mongolia. The type of buildings / developments covered hotels, shopping mall, retail buildings, office buildings, residential towers, luxury villas, public hospitals / clinics, sports centers, schools, community hall, district library, retail flagship store, car-park building and parks. Having a wide exposure to working environments in different cities, Mr Ngai appreciated differences of legislative requirements, submission procedures, design standards and construction technologies and limitations at different countries. The experience of managing, supervising, monitoring and coordinating with consultants and contractors from Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China, Germany and Mongolia, he understands the importance of effective communication with different parties from different culture and professional background to the project success. The target audiences of this event are university students, candidates for professional examinations, and young professions. Mr Ngai tries to share his knowledge and experience in Development Management, Project Management, Construction Management and Asset Management to help target audiences to prepare their examination and to prepare their career development.
Remarks	:	**PQSL hours shall be determined by the APC candidate's respective Division The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Successful registrants will be notified separately via email with the web link in due course to the online event. Please install the Zoom Application in advance at https://www.zoom.us/download. For Mobile phones, iPads & Android, install the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app from App Store or Play Store. For PC and Mac, download and install the Zoom Client for Meetings.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
