Speaker	:	Ms Livian Har, General Manager of Marketing and Communications, Kai Tak Sports Park Limited; and Mr James Pearce, Project Lead, Populous Ms Livian Har is the General Manager, Marketing and Communications of Kai Tak Sports Park Limited. Equipped with over 30 years of experience in retail marketing and leasing, project planning and consultancy, Livian has been involved in the Kai Tak Sports Park project since the tender stage, and is now overseeing marketing and stakeholder engagement. Prior to Kai Tak Sports Park, Livian was the Head of Retail Services at Knight Frank, and has also worked with KCRC, Swire Properties, Wharf and Hutchison Whampoa. She was involved in a number of landmark projects including Tai Kwun, Times Square, Pacific Place and Avenue of Stars. She is also a qualified mindfulness trainer since 2017. Mr James Pearce is a Principal of Populous. Since joining Populous in 2010, James has worked on a number of projects around the globe including ICC Sydney, Philippine Arena in Manila, Datong Sports Park in China, KL Sports City in Malaysia and the Los Angeles Convention Centre expansion. James now leads the Kai Tak Sports Park project, having been involved in the development of the design from the RFP stage. James also heads up the Populous’ innovation program with Asia Pacific, encouraging global collaboration, expertise and connection through our online sharing platform and tri-annual global innovation conference.

Details	:	With the relocation of the city's international airport following the Handover, Kai Tak has been the missing puzzle piece in the urban development of Hong Kong. This is set to undergo drastic changes upon the completion of the Kai Tak New Development Area. Located at the heart of Kai Tak, Kai Tak Sports Park (KTSP) occupies 28 hectares of land and is the Government's most important investment in sports infrastructure in recent decades. The team is committed to bringing the combined strengths of international and local expertise to this significant project for the city, and strives to produce a global benchmark for the future of sports, entertainment, and leisure precincts. Livian and James will share with us an introduction of Kai Tak Sports Park, its design concept and how it will create a milestone in Hong Kong's property development; and how KTSP will become a key venue for Hong Kong and the sports industry.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
