Speaker	:	Sr CK Lau, JP MA FHKIS MRICS RPS (GP) Sr CK Lau, Managing Director of Valuation and Advisory Services - Asia at Colliers International, has over 30 years of experience in valuation, real estate consultancy and investment sales market. He participated as a member in the publications of “The HKIS Valuation Standards 2017”, “HKIS Guidance Notes on Valuation of Development Land” published in 2016, and “Surveyors acting as experts in commercial rent determinations”, a joint guidance note prepared by the HKIS and RICS Hong Kong, 1st edition in 2015. Sr Dorothy Chow MHKIS MRICS RPS (GP) Sr Dorothy Chow, Senior Director of Valuation Advisory Services at Jones Lang LaSalle, has over 24 years’ experience specializing in valuation, land matters and property development. She mainly provides valuation for a wide spectrum of clients; while handling assignments in relation to legal actions and rent reviews. Sr Eddie Kwok MHKIS MRICS RPS (GP) Sr Eddie Kwok, Senior Director of Valuation Advisory Services at Jones Lang LaSalle, has over 24 years of property experience in Hong Kong. He mainly provides valuation services to leading financial institutions, major local and international banks, fund houses, investment banks and developers. Sr CK Lau is the chairman of the Valuation Standards Panel of the HKIS GPD Council, and both Sr Dorothy Chow and Sr Eddie Kwok are panel members.

Remarks	:	The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Successful registrants will be notified separately via email with the web link in due course to the online event. Please install the Zoom Application in advance at https://www.zoom.us/download. For Mobile phones, iPads & Android, install the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app from App Store or Play Store. For PC and Mac, download and install the Zoom Client for Meetings.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
