Mr. Wu is the Director of Business Transformation and Innovation at ChinaChem Group and is responsible for formulating and executing business transformation strategies to enhance the group’s existing businesses and operations, as well as to identify new business models and revenue streams for future growth.
Mr. Wu has over 25 years of IT management, IT consulting and IT Startup experiences. Prior to joining ChinaChem, Damien had held senior IT management roles at various multinational consulting firms and local conglomerates, including Chinadotcom, Avanade (a Microsoft and Accenture JV) and Link REIT. He was also the co-founder / CTO of two successful IT startups in Hong Kong, including Resources Link (a JV with China Resources), and Wisers, a leading business intelligence solution provider.
Damien holds a Bachelor of Mathematics (Joint Honors in Management Accounting and Computer Science) degree from The University of Waterloo in Canada. He is also the Chairman of Smart City Consortium’s Proptech Committee, as well as an advisor for various organizations such as the HK Science and Technology Park, Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre (LSCM), Innovation and Technology Commission, Hong Kong Proptech Association, etc.

As Co-Owner & Chief Transformation Officer at HKBN Group, Samuel bridges the gap between business and technology – driving the digital transformation of HKBN and that of our enterprise customers. Samuel and his team serve as trusted advisors and delivery experts across a variety of topics, including Digital Solutions, IoT, Big Data, and more. Samuel is also active in the startup ecosystem in co-developing innovations with leading entrepreneurs for the enterprise market.
Prior to HKBN, Samuel worked in Oliver Wyman (New York) as a management consultant for Fortune 500 FSI clients. Samuel graduated with an AB and BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Dartmouth College, US.
