Details :

Under most traditional forms of contract, the involvement in the main contractor's domestic subcontract procurement by the client's QSs including his QS consultants is normally very limited. However, it is a different story under the NEC regime. With NEC forms of contract increasingly adopted in the Hong Kong construction industry, the speaker in this seminar will explain to the attendants a more active and participative role of the client's QSs in domestic subcontracting together with the associated major practicalities to be encountered under NEC.
