Speaker	:	Mr Allen Chung Chun Wah Mr Chung is a retired Senior Waterworks Inspector of WSD. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced in the water application process over 30 years. Besides, he is also a part-time lecturer of Plumber license, CPD and plumbing courses in IVE. Currently, he is the Honorary Technical Advisor of The HK Institution of Plumbing and Drainage Ltd., HK Water Works Professionals Association Ltd., HK Licensed Plumbing Professionals Association Ltd., Plumbing Technology Student Association and The Assessor-Certification Scheme for Approved Employers for CICATP. Mr Marcus Lau Wai Ming Mr Lau is Managing Director of Onplus Plumbing Engineering Ltd. He is a licensed Plumber and has extensive practical experience in Plumbing & Drainage installation particularly in construction site for many years. He has involved in different types of projects such as hospital (including using MiC), residential, hotel, Temporary Quarantine Facilities (including using MiC), and Housing Authority Estate including both traditional contract and design and build contract. Mr Johnson Tse CEnv, BEng (Hons), MSOE, MIPlantE Mr Tse is a Director of Kin Win Engineering Ltd. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced in the Plumbing & Drainage Installation over 25 years. Besides, he is also a licensed Plumber, member of CIPHE. Currently, he is working with various kinds of projects e.g. hospital (including using MiC), residential, hotel, Temporary Quarantine Facilities (including using MiC), and Housing Authority Estate including both traditional contract and design and build contract.

Details	:	In this seminar, the speakers will share their practical experiences on plumbing and drainage on-site installation in different stages throughout the entire P&D working period, including:- Briefing on application procedure for different water supply system; Procedure of statutory submission (such as Form WWO 46 submission for issuance of water certificate and WWO 542 & WWO 1005); Testing of water sample + cleansing of disinfection of pipe works.
Remarks	:	The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Upon successful payment of the registration fee, the ZOOM link for joining the CPD event will be available in the CPD/PQSL profile under the "Member Area" of the HKIS website. On-line registration is not applicable for non-HKIS members. 1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
