Joseph has over 25 years of experience in land surveying profession with various boundary, topographic, cartographic and monitoring survey projects. He has undertaken boundary surveys for over 10,000 land lots in both urban and new territories and supervised over 10,000 topographic surveys projects. He has also undertaken over 100 building measurement and cartographic surveying projects, not to mention the AMO projects such as King Yin Lei, Helena May, Haw Par Mansion, Jessville and Hung Shing Temple. He is one of the most experienced Expert Witnesses in the industry and has prepared expert reports and/or attended trail to give oral evidences for more than 200 boundary disputes and adverse possession cases.

With the increasing of Land Values and Demand, Adverse Possession of both private and government lands are becoming more common in Hong Kong. As one of the most experienced Expert Witnesses in the industry, Joseph will give advises on how to prepare expert reports, what approaches to be used in different cases and will share his experience in attending trial with cases studies. In addition, Joseph will share with the audience on how properly deployed emerging surveying technologies (e.g. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Mobile Mapping Systems, Satellite Images, etc.) can benefit the Court and various land stakeholders.
