Martin is the Director, Head of Research & Consultancy at Knight Frank Greater China. He graduated from MSc Economics and International Finance at University of Warwick and MBA at Australian Institute of Business. As a chartered RICS surveyor, he has 15 years of advisory experience on real estate research and economic consultancy. He has experience in conducting different types of research and analysis including market feasibility, cashflow modelling, economic impact assessment, socioeconomics, input-output modelling, development strategy business models and cost-benefit analysis.

Hong Kong will enter a new term government in July 2022. How would the Hong Kong housing policy change under the new leadership? Will the housing shortage problem be alleviated in the next 5 years? How will the residential market perform in the next 12 months? Any new market trends following the relaxation of mortgage rules and minimum flat size requirement? Martin will share his view on all these questions with us. He will also share Knight Frank’s latest forecasts.
