The role of MEP QS in general is being considered less critical despite their proficiency in the field for most contract parties.

The MEP are often contributing up to 30% for a standard building and even higher for a complex building of the total contract sum. Managing MEP costs requires effective application of commercial as well as technical knowledge and experience.

MEP QS should be provided during the different stages of the project life cycle. Critical aspects of MEP QS in each stage will be reviewed with practical examples.
