Details	:	A. 珍珠小學堂 (參加者會了解到香港珍珠歷史及現況，珍珠養殖基本知識及珍珠養殖與可持續性發展的關係。) B.參加者會由專家指導，親自開蚌尋珠 C.製作屬於自己的珍珠首飾。已包入場卷、$20來回船、珍珠故事、開蚌(保證可選擇乙粒珍珠）、首飾配件乙份(包含三件925 純銀配件) 自由時間: 釣魚 (包借出漁牌、蚌肉作魚弭) 地點: 西貢麻南笏的珍珠養殖場 (集合地點 : 西貢白沙灣碼頭 (The Pier Hotel旁) *週末假日請預時間岀門。請參加活動的人員準時在預定地點集合，逾時不候。
Remarks	:	1. To register, please fill in Standard Reservation Form and return together with your payment to the HKIS by 7 Nov 2022. 2. This social event is organized for QSD members only. 3. Your reservation fee is non-refundable after your reservation. 4. Reservations can be made by post with payment BY CHEQUE for this event only. A separate cheque is required for each application/event. Cheques should be made payable to "SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. 5. Online registration is NOT accepted for this event. 6. Incomplete or wrongly completed reservation forms will not be processed. 7. In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted 3 hours before the event, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. 8. If you have not received any reply from our Institute 7 days prior to the event, you may call the HKIS office at 2526 3679 to check the status of your reservation. 9. 1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
