Speaker	:	Ms. Michelle Tsang, Senior General Manager of SKK (H.K.) Co., Ltd., has established and developed her experience in Paint Service Industry and Construction Field for more than 20 years. She has handled and devoted with more than 100 nos. of renovation projects a year in private market annually and obtained many experiences in dealing with corporate clients about their renovation needs. She also participated in some famous, prestige large scale projects and new build development such as Disneyland, Asia World Expo, Kai Tak Cruise Terminal Hong Kong, Jockey Club’s projects and Shun Tak Centre etc. Apart from handling projects, Michelle has also been invited to be speaker of seminar and workshop for different association like Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, The Chartered Institute of Building, The Hong Kong Institute of Clerks of Works, The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers and lecturer in educational institution like THEi.

Details	:	In the workshop, the most up-to-date innovative painting technology like pattern-design texture coating system, pre-fabricated sheet typed coating system, fair-face liked coating system and spray granite coating system would be introduced and demonstrated which are the most popular for the maintenance of external wall. Since durable goods and value-added benefits are the main concern of users nowadays. Moreover, some techniques in the designing stage of project and how to design the suitable specification for renovation projects would be demonstrated in order to minimize the cost of running the project. Also, Attendees could try the new painting system under guidance.
Remarks	:	Online registration is also accepted for this CPD event. A completed Standard Reservation Form and Declaration Form are required for offline registration. First-come-first-served. Successful registrants will receive an email confirmation with details in due course. All participating members shall arrange their own transport to the meeting point. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks. 1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
