Speaker	:	1) Ir Hon Gary ZHANG Xinyu Members of Legislative Council Ir Hon Zhang Xinyu Gary is currently Legislative Council Member of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and deputy chairman of Subcommittee on Matters Relating to Railways. Ir Hon Zhang was graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering. He worked for MTR Corporation Limited and was responsible for the construction of various new railway projects and operations. He is also a member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (“HKIE”) and Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. 2) Ir Wilson WONG Wai Shun Associate Director of AECOM Ir Wilson Wong is an Associate Director of AECOM in Transportation. He is a chartered civil engineer, an awardee of Young Engineer of the Year, and currently serves as a committee member of the Logistics and Transportation Division in HKIE. He began his career at MTR and has been involved in various railway projects, ranging from feasibility studies to detailed design, construction management, and Operations and Maintenance. As the team lead, he is now responsible for planning the future railway network under the "Strategic Study on Railways beyond 2030," as well as assisting in the recently published "Hong Kong Major Transport Infrastructure Development Blueprint" for the HK Government.

Details	:	A Transport Pioneer Forum (交通先鋒論壇—大灣區視角下香港深圳雙城交通協同發展戰略研討會) was organized by Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center (深圳市城市交通規劃設計研究中心) in early December and we are honored to have Ir Hon Gary Zhang and Ir Wilson Wong attended the to share the insights from this forum and opportunities of collaboration between Hong Kong and Shenzhen
Remarks	:	For FACE-TO-FACE: Prior online registration is required. Walk-in registration will not be entertained. Eating and drinking is not allowed at the Surveyors Learning Centre

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
