Kenneth Lo joined Arcadis HK Ltd. in 1995 and has been an Executive Director
since 2013. Kenneth has over 28 years of experience in construction industry
in Hong Kong and Mainland China, providing cost and project management
services for many large scale and landmark projects in commercial, residential,
mixed-used, theme park and tall-building developments.
Kenneth joined Shenzhen office of Arcadis in 2008 and is the Head of QS (China
South) currently. He has played a key role in the expansion of Arcadis’s
business in China South.

Wan Chi Shing, Stanley, Director of Arcadis.

Stanley Wan graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1996 and joined Arcadis in the same year. He is currently the Director of Arcadis. Stanley has over 28 years of experience in providing consultancy quantity surveying services for a number of large-scale projects in Hong Kong and China Mainland, including mix-used, commercial, residential, hotel, etc.

Stanley has been the Office Head of Arcadis Guangzhou office and Hengqin office before.

In response to the China Mainland policy of reforming the cost management used in China, and introducing Hong Kong's practice under the background of China-Hong Kong integration, the China government implemented Pilot Projects on cost management reform in Greater Bay Area.

Kenneth and Stanley have the opportunity to participate in one of the Pilot Projects. They will share their experience, difficulties and challenges encountered during the course of work in this Pilot Project.
