Introduction of IAQ, Scada System Applications in Facility Management

The facility management and operation of the building or infrastructure after its construction. It involves incorporating data about the building's systems, equipment, maintenance schedules, warranties, energy usage, and other relevant information. Facility managers can access valuable data that helps optimize the operation and maintenance of the building throughout its lifecycle. This information can aid in decision-making, asset management, energy efficiency, preventive maintenance, and overall facility performance.

Advanced AR Technologies in Surveying Works

At AEC Reality, we leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of surveying tasks on construction sites. By integrating these technologies, we enable surveyors to perform their work with greater precision and efficiency, ultimately contributing to the success of construction projects.

Abstract

This sharing abstract explores the integration of scada system applications technology, IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) and equipment control. The focus is on the potential benefits and applications of this integration in enhancing indoor air quality management.

Eqipment control systems play a vital role in this integration by automating and optimizing the operation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, air purifiers, and other relevant equipment. Through intelligent algorithms, these systems can adjust ventilation rates, control air purification processes, and manage energy consumption based on the IAQ & BIM digital twin's analysis. In view of this the facility managers and building operators can monitor and maintain IAQ parameters effectively, identifying potential issues and implementing proactive measures. Occupants benefit from improved comfort, health, and productivity, and the integration of advanced technologies such as BIM and AR into surveying works on construction sites, highlighting the benefits and value created for surveyors.

Building Information Modeling (BIM):

BIM allows for the creation of detailed 3D models of construction sites, incorporating precise geospatial data collected by surveyors. This digital representation facilitates accurate planning and real-time updates, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the most current and detailed information.

Augmented Reality (AR):

AR technology enables surveyors to overlay digital models onto the physical environment, providing a real-time visual comparison between the planned design and the actual site conditions. This capability helps in identifying discrepancies early, reducing the likelihood of costly errors and rework.

Our solutions facilitate better communication and collaboration between surveyors and other project stakeholders. Shared digital models ensure that everyone is working from the same set of data, reducing misunderstandings and improving coordination.
