The HKIS SMM Committee has completed the drafting of the (1) mechanical, (2) electrical, and (3) central control monitoring system (CCMS), and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems, which form the part of building services works in the new HKSMM5.

The Committee would like to conduct an industry consultation on these three draft sections (click the link to download the draft):

• Draft Section 37 - Mechanical systems
• Draft Section 38 - Electrical systems
• Draft Section 39 - Central control monitoring system (CCMS) and extra low voltage (ELV) systems
